APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT CONSENT AT ENAEX AFRICA

 

  1. You hereby consent to the Company [and/or any Group Company] processing your personal information (including special personal information, such as your race, gender, biometric information, etc.) for the purpose of considering your job application, applicable statutory requirements and our legitimate business purposes. In particular, you hereby consent to the Company, [any Group Company] or anyone acting on its[/their] behalf, conducting background checks on you, including but not limited to: civil record checks; criminal record checks; reference checks; driver’s licence verification checks; qualification checks; and credit checks.

 

  1. You agree and undertake to do all things reasonably necessary in order to enable the Company [and/or any Group Company] or its[/their] authorized agents to carry out the abovementioned checks, including but not limited to, providing a copy of your identity document, a copy of your driver’s licence, a fingerprint, the dates and details of the education institutions you attended and any information that is relevant to your credit history.

 

  1. You hereby agree to the Company [and/or any Group Company] keeping your details, this Application Form, your Curriculum Vitae and supporting documents on file, as well as the results of any background checks that are conducted in respect of you, for a period of 36 months.

 

  1. The Company will, at all times, take appropriate and reasonable steps to protect your personal information that has been collected by or provided to it and to prevent the loss, destruction of or unlawful access to or unauthorized disclosure of such information.

 

 

  1. You understand and agree that your personal information may be transferred to locations outside of South Africa and may be stored outside of South Africa from time to time.

 

  1. You agree that duly authorized representatives of the Company [and/or any Group Company] shall be entitled to access your personal information irrespective of the location from which they do so.

 

  1. Should you object and/or not agree to the processing of your personal information as set out above, you are required to inform the Company accordingly in writing. You understand and agree that if you object and/or do not agree to the processing of your personal information by the Company as set out above, the Company may not be able to assess and process your job application, and you may accordingly not be eligible for employment with the Company.
